About the role:
The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center. The role involves greeting customers, registering service requests, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers politely and understand their service requirements.
· Register customer complaints and create job cards in the system.
· Verify customer details, warranty status, and product condition.
· Provide accurate information regarding service processes, timelines, and charges.
· Coordinate with technicians and engineers for job allocation.
· Update customers on repair status and follow-ups.
· Handle customer queries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally.
· Maintain service records, documents, and daily reports.
· Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
· Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
· Follow company policies, SOPs, and service guidelines.
· Support customer satisfaction and Net Satisfaction Score (NSS) targets.
Candidate requirements:
· Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred)
· Prior experience in a service center or front desk role is an advantage.
· Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, service software).
· Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers.
· Professional appearance and behaviour.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
