Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Resin/Chemical Plant Operator to operate and monitor chemical/resin production processes. The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, batch preparation, equipment handling, maintaining process parameters, safety compliance, and production records.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor resin/chemical production plant and equipment.
- Handle batch preparation, mixing, heating, cooling, and chemical processing.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, viscosity and other process parameters.
- Operate heavy equipment and production machinery safely.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.
- Identify and report equipment/process abnormalities.
- Maintain production logs, batch records and operational reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals/raw materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the plant area.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Chemical, Resin, Adhesive or Heavy Equipment manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of chemical plant machinery and production processes.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and chemical handling.
- Ability to work in a production/plant environment.
- Good observation, troubleshooting and team-coordination skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
