We're a growing real estate creative agency that works with international clients, producing high-quality short-form content, promotional videos, and premium real estate listing videos.
This role gives you the opportunity to work on real projects for overseas clients while learning the professional editing standards used in the real estate industry.
We're looking for an Intermediate Video Editor who understands much more than just cutting clips. You should know how to create engaging videos through storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, captions, and AI-assisted editing.
This is not a beginner position. We're looking for editors who already have a solid editing foundation and are excited to keep learning and improving.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for creating engaging videos that keep viewers watching.
Your responsibilities include:
- Editing short-form videos with strong storytelling.
- Cutting clips with excellent pacing and rhythm.
- Choosing the best shots to maximize audience retention.
- Professional color correction and color grading.
- Creating clean and modern motion graphics.
- Designing animated captions.
- Adding music, sound effects, and professional sound design.
- Using AI tools in the editing workflow whenever required.
- Delivering projects on time while maintaining high quality.
- Collaborating with the creative team to produce premium real estate marketing content.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
- Pro level -level editing skills
- Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience creating motion graphics.
- Basic sound design knowledge.
- Ability to create smooth animated captions.
- Willingness to learn AI-powered editing workflows.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to take feedback and improve consistently.
- Passion for learning and growing as an editor.
Training & Mentorship
If you're not familiar with our editing style, don't worry.
We'll provide proper training, guidance, and feedback until you're comfortable with our workflow and quality standards.
We also have an experienced editor and mentor who regularly teaches the team and helps everyone improve in:

Payment Structure
Your pay depends on the type and complexity of the project.
Level 1 – Basic Storytelling Edit
Pay: $17 USD per video
Includes:
- Storytelling

Does NOT include:
- Motion graphics
- Animated captions
- Advanced sound design
Level 2 – Premium Short-Form Video (Up to 1 Minute)
Pay: $40 USD per video
Includes:
- Storytelling
- Professional pacing
- Motion graphics
- Animated captions
- Sound design
- Color grading
- AI-assisted editing (when required)
Level 3A – Advanced Motion Graphics Video
Pay: $47 USD per video
Includes:
- Heavy motion graphics
- Advanced animations
- Professional sound design
- Premium editing quality
- AI-assisted editing when required
Level 3B – Real Estate Promotional Video
Pay: $47 USD per video
This is our highest-quality editing category and requires a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and premium editing.
The editor will create a cinematic promotional video that combines:
- Talking-head footage
- Property walkthrough footage
- Drone footage (when provided)
- B-roll of the property
- AI-generated visuals and enhancements (when required)
The goal is to showcase the home in a clean, engaging, and premium way while maintaining strong viewer retention.
This includes:
- Cinematic storytelling
- Proper sequencing of the property walkthrough
- Smooth pacing and shot selection
- Clean speed ramps to make the video more dynamic and engaging
- Motion graphics where appropriate
- Professional color grading
- Sound design with well-synchronized music and sound effects
- AI-assisted editing and enhancements to elevate the final result
- A polished, modern, high-end finish
We're looking for editors who understand that less is more. We don't want flashy or over-edited videos. Instead, we want clean, premium edits with purposeful speed ramps, smooth transitions, thoughtful AI enhancements, and professional storytelling that highlights the property in the best possible way.

You'll receive access to professional creative tools while working with us, including:

- Envato Elements
- GeoLayers
- Higgsfield AI
- Additional premium AI tools whenever required
You won't need to purchase these subscriptions yourself while working with our team.
Performance Reward
We believe in rewarding consistency and quality.
If you complete 16 approved videos within a month, you'll unlock:
- 1 Paid Day Off
- You can use it whenever you'd like (subject to scheduling with the team).
- You'll still receive $40 USD, equivalent to one Level 2 video, for your day off.
