he CRM Telecalling Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers through regular phone calls. The role focuses on generating orders, following up on inquiries, resolving customer issues, updating CRM records, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to retailers, dealers, and customers.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Inform customers about new footwear collections, promotions, and offers.
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for resolution.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
- Prepare daily call reports and performance updates.
