Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present product/service proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in field sales environment
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Preferred:
- Experience in construction/manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of B2B sales
