Job Description – HR Intern
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations along with future growth opportunities within the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and HR operational tasks.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience should have at least 1 year of stable work experience in a single organisation with valid documentation proof.
Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Internship Duration: 3 Months
- Opportunity for PPO based on performance
- Expected PPO Package: Approx. ₹2.5 LPA
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
