- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Process daily financial transactions, including posting journal entries and updating accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor ledgers, and internal accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain physical and digital financial records, making sure documents are organized for easy retrieval.
- Audit Support: Gather financial documents, receipts, and reports to assist senior staff with internal and external audits.
- Reporting & Compliance: Support the preparation of basic financial statements, tax reports, or local GST/compliance documentation.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle routine office duties and support the finance department with daily operations.
Qualification Required : A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (e.g., B.Com or BBA).
Technical Skill : Basics to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, is highly valued.
