Job Title: International Calling Executive
Location: Taratala, Kolkata
Job Summary:
Handle outbound and inbound international calls, generate leads, promote products/services, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to international clients.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate when needed.
- Meet targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
- 1–3 years in international calling, tele-sales, or customer service.
- Confidence, persuasion skills, and cultural sensitivity.
Pay: ₹15,934.91 - ₹32,905.33 per month
