About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Update CRM and daily call reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or above.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Good listening and communication abilities.
