About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock movement, dispatch operations, team supervision, and maintaining efficient warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock records and timely stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure appropriate storage, labeling, handling, and organization of stock.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and dispatch.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and address discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, security, and discipline.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports related to inventory, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory, logistics, or operations.
- Prior experience in team supervision and handling warehouse staff.
- Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work within deadlines.
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.
