We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team and help create a great workplace that reflects our vibrant spirit. This is a perfect opportunity for a fresher or someone with a little experience to start their HR career in a truly unique and creative media environment.
What You'll Do:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support recruitment across editorial, design, sales, and other teams — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Be a first point of contact for employee queries, run engagement and team-building initiatives, and help with internal HR communications.
- Performance Management: Help coordinate performance review cycles, track goals and feedback, and maintain related records.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation (offer letters, HRIS updates), track attendance, and prepare payroll inputs.
- Compliance: Help implement and communicate HR policies in line with Indian labor law, under supervision.
- Training & Development: Support logistics for training sessions and help identify skill gaps.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Industrial Relations or Commerce with specialisation in Human Resource.
- 0-1 year of HR experience. Freshers are welcome!
- Good communication and people skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
