Job Summary:
We are looking for a Booking Executive to handle courier bookings and support daily operations during the night shift. The role involves data entry, customer interaction, and coordination with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process courier bookings and enter shipment details accurately
- Generate invoices, receipts, and shipment labels
- Coordinate with operations team for dispatch
- Handle basic customer queries and provide support
- Maintain booking records and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure timely processing of all shipments
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in night shift

Additional Information:
- Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
