Job Description
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Business Development & Vendor Relations Executive to join our Steel Trading Company.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be confident in handling international client and supplier coordination through emails and calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and procurement teams.
- Handle professional email communication and follow-ups.
- Develop new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and commercial discussions.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers globally.
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Work closely with the sales and procurement team.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and business correspondence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Steel Trading, Industrial Trading, Procurement, or Business Development.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong professional email drafting and communication skills.
- Experience dealing with international clients and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of steel products such as Pipes, Plates, Fittings, Flanges, Round Bars, Structural Steel, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience with procurement agencies, EPC companies, or industrial suppliers is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience working with major industrial suppliers such as SABIC, Hadeed, NOMAC, or similar organizations will be given preference.
Job Type
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
