- Experience 2-3 years in Logistics Company.

- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day depot activities, including the receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reconcile physical inventory with digital records (WMS), and execute regular audits to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
- Logistics & Routing: Coordinate with transporters, optimize delivery routes, and schedule shipments to ensure cost-effective and on-time fulfillment.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff and drivers.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA or local safety standards, ensure facility security, and maintain regulatory permits.
- Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage the depot's budget, and prepare operational expense reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
