· Maintaining proper record required for biomedical waste management & STP.
· Ensuring proper space as per statutory norms for BMW disposal & handling.
· Providing training to all cadres of staff reporting to you at the time of joining & from time to time with regards to hospital rules, regulations, patient safety & confidentiality & departmental policies.
· Facilitating general item purchase upon user idents on best negotiated rates for the organization.
· Keeping proper record for items in store in soft & hard copy. Regular updation of soft & hard copy record.
· Maintaining record in soft copy for traceability of issued items from store to patient & staff or departments (including warranty cards or details).
· Ensuring check is maintained for inventory control and management in stores. No pilferage, wastage or over consumption shall happen from the department.
· Ensuring non-movable items are tried to dispensed and are in notice of HOD.
· Documentation of daily preventive maintenance checklist for the site.
· Maintaining proper records & documentation of quotations, bills & expenses related to purchases, new installations or furnishing work / furniture.
· Ensuring proper and timed communication / updation to the reporting head for all activities assigned and updates expected.
· Ensuring proper audits (as assigned by HOD) & timed documentation of the same.
· Providing & managing staff or store over call whenever required, off duty hours.
· Staying up to date with hospital’s emergency code’s policy and acting accordingly as per training provided.
· Maintaining check on record or register for items entering in or going out of hospital at main gate.
· Ensuring proper gate pass for items going outside is filled & is approved by Head Ops.
· Apt participation in trainings, policy making, revision of policies & analysis for quality improvement in department & in overall hospital operations.
· Ensuring patient confidentiality in all aspects.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
