- Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional, efficient, and well-organized work environment.
- Manage office facilities, maintenance activities, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
- Supervise and provide guidance to office support staff, including office assistants.
- Handle procurement and inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
- Take full ownership of travel arrangements for employees and clients, including transportation and hotel bookings.
- Take full ownership of the visa process — managing documentation, applications, and coordination with external agencies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and office events.
- Manage and regularly update company social media pages in alignment with brand and communication guidelines.
- Organize client and leadership visits, including agenda planning, logistics, and staff coordination.
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, health, safety, and security standards.
- Manage issuance and maintenance of ID cards, visiting cards, name boards, and biometric access.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding arrangements for new employees.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
