Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions across all verticals.
Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract the best talent using job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and headhunting.
Build a strong employer brand through candidate engagement, campus connect initiatives, and digital presence.
Manage applicant tracking and recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires in coordination with the HR Operations team.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles and future requirements.
Conduct market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to stay aligned with industry trends.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and statutory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of 2 recruiters.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
