Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate – both can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound customer support process
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B customer interactions efficiently
- Manage inbound queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Work Details
- Rotational shifts between 7 AM – 10 PM
- 6 days working with rotational week off
- One side cab available during odd hours
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
