We’re looking for a detail-oriented, production-minded Designer to support our creative team at a growing business software company. This role focuses on translating established brand guidelines and templates into high-quality, on-brand marketing and product assets at scale. Your work will touch nearly every stage of the customer journey—from social and digital ads to blog visuals and signage—helping the business move faster without sacrificing quality. This role matters because it turns strategy and messaging into consistent, polished visuals that reinforce trust in our brand across channels.

Produce end-to-end creative assets using existing brand guidelines and templates, including social cards, blog graphics, digital ads, signage (small and large format), and resized/adapted assets for multiple platforms.
- Leverage and direct AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative image, layout, or copy tools) to accelerate production while applying human judgment to ensure quality, relevance, and brand alignment.
- Deliver work reliably in a remote environment, managing multiple briefs, deadlines, and formats while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards, ensuring all outputs align with established visual identity, tone, and accessibility requirements.
- Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, applying revisions efficiently and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement or optimization.

Professional design experience producing marketing or product-related assets from brief to final delivery, preferably in a fast-paced or production-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI or automation tools used in creative workflows, with the ability to prompt, refine, and evaluate outputs effectively.
- Strong execution and project management skills, including file organization, version control, and adherence to timelines.
- Proven ability to collaborate remotely, communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across time zones.

B2B SaaS/domain fluency: Experience creating content for technical buyers (IT, security, data, ops) and translating product capabilities into clear value narratives.
- AI governance & responsible use: Familiarity with ethical AI practices (copyright/IP awareness, disclosure norms, bias checks, source validation) and building lightweight guardrails for teams.
- Design/content systems experience in an enterprise setting: Exposure to brand systems, component-based design, or template libraries that improve consistency across teams and channels.
- Global collaboration strengths: Prior work across time zones; bonus for multilingual capability or experience adapting content for regional markets. Open to working modified hours.

- Strong command of AI & creative design tools: including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and ClickUp (or experience with comparable project mgmt. & collaboration tools)
- Clear creative judgment to keep everything accurate, on-brand, and high quality
Solid project management to move work from brief draft review- publish without delays
- Great remote collaboration skills to coordinate smoothly with Project Managers, requestors and colleagues
- A performance mindset to learn from feedback and results and keep improving what gets shipped
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal team skills
- Ability to travel up to 5%
What Will Put You Ahead?
- Prefer college degree, AI certifications or related work experience.
- Possessing post-production video editing skills are a plus. Knowledge or experience with ClickUp, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and other design and AI tools is preferred.
