Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Interior Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships for residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior sales, client handling, team management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for interior design projects.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct client presentations and explain design solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project cost estimates.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage sales team performance and guide team members.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as required.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Eligibility

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
