Position
Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pune and surrounding regions.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, industrial visits, and digital platforms.
- Promote and sell Lifeline Systems, Fall Protection Solutions, and Industrial Safety Products.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in Industrial Safety Products, PPE, Construction Materials, Engineering Products, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby industrial areas.
