Recruitifi is hiring on behalf of a growing medical device company for the role of Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
This role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional sales activities to achieve business targets
- Develop and expand distributor and dealer networks
- Promote CGM devices to diabetologists, physicians, and hospitals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
- Monitor team performance (if applicable) and provide strategic direction
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
- Prior experience in diabetes/insulin segment is highly preferred
- Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and distributors in Ahmedabad
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Target-driven with a strong business development mindset
Educational Qualification:
- UG: B.Sc / B.Pharma
- PG: MBA/PGDM (Marketing preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹80,000 per month and above (based on experience)
