We are looking for two Part-time First Impression Managers to join our team at Jus Kiddin, an indoor play area for kids under 12. As the face of the centre during your shift, you will independently manage the entire space — welcoming families, handling payments, overseeing the Creative Corner, coordinating birthday parties, managing cafeteria sales, and ensuring the place stays clean, safe and full of positive energy.
We are hiring for two shifts:
- Shift 1: 10:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Shift 2: 3:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist children and parents, handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly
- Manage payments (cash + digital), maintain daily accounts and hand over accurate records
- Oversee the Creative Corner and support kids during activities
- Coordinate birthday party arrangements on the day of the event
- Handle cafeteria sales and keep the counter organised
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the play area, restrooms and common spaces
- Manage basic inventory of supplies and flag shortages in advance
- Secure the premises at the end of the shift
Candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the centre during their shift. Other required skills include good communication (especially with kids and parents), basic cash handling, multitasking and a professional, responsible attitude. Prior experience in a play area, café or front-desk role will be an advantage.
