Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced automation tester who wants to work in a fun, collaborative, and agile environment where ownership, problem-solving, and teamwork are rewarded. Your primary focus will be creating end-to-end automation tests for all server-side logic, creating API automation tests and use case documentation. This will be an automation & manual testing role. A basic understanding of front-end technologies and web architecture is necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Work with a team of developers and testers in a highly agile environment to produce quality software for customers
· Apply technical skills to all aspects of QA, including automated functional and integration tests and the setup of production like environments
· Build and maintain a functional regression testing suite.
· We are looking for QEs that have some experience or knowledge of QA practices to work independently, without needing a set of already formulated acceptance criteria (AC) or test cases to further explore the application and find possible coverage gaps.
· Ability to formulate story acceptance criteria by independently gathering information and utilizing available resources to develop automated tests
· Develop test plan specifications and test case using AI tools
· Cover all aspects of security while testing.
Skills:
· Minimum of 3-4 years of Automation testing experience.
· Good knowledge AI-based tools.
· Experience with web application testing with a solid understanding of at least one of the following: Web Services, RESTful, Rest-Assured, SOAP, XML, HTTP, etc.
· Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and/or Playwright.
· Basic knowledge, if someone who worked with Agentic Test Automation frameworks (Like: Reflect Run)
· Good to have scale testing knowledge using JMeter.
· Minimum 2 years of experience of writing End to End automation tests with Playwright.
· Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and tools like Cucumber.
· A minimum of 1 year of experience working with JavaScript is essential.
· Good to know about integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, or other CI tools.
· Experience with test management tools like Jira.
· Working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cloud-based testing environments is good to have.
· Strong experience in test strategy definition, requirements analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish acceptance criteria.
· Strong Agile experience and familiarity with Agile testing practices.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
· Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and problem-solving.
· Understanding of how AI can be leveraged in software testing, including test case generation, exploratory testing, defect analysis, and test automation assistance.
· Completion of QA training, certifications, or courses with exposure to modern testing practices and AI-assisted testing concepts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
