Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead (CTL) to manage Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure best-in-class delivery performance across assigned stations. The CTL will be responsible for channel performance, partner development, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end performance of assigned DSP partners across delivery stations.
Drive key Last Mile metrics, including DEA Miss, DPPH, Open COD, SSA Productivity, Delivery Success Rate, and Customer Experience.
Partner with DSP owners and station teams to improve execution, productivity, quality, and compliance.
Lead business reviews with partners, identify performance gaps, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Analyze operational data, perform deep dives, and drive root-cause-based action plans to improve performance.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the assigned cluster.
Ensure compliance with Amazon safety, quality, and operational standards.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, PXT, Safety, and Central teams to deliver business goals.

- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing
