Role Summary
Leads a team of Associates and Senior Associates, overseeing daily operations, workload allocation, and SLA adherence. Ensures smooth handling of escalations, drives data quality initiatives, and partners with HR stakeholders to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant HR data management. Focuses on team development and continuous process improvement.
Role Responsibilities –
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure SLA adherence for requests and transactions.
- Manage escalations and provide expert guidance on complex HR data issues.
- Drive data quality initiatives, ensuring audit reports are accurate and compliance requirements are met.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Support team training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, accuracy, and turnaround times.
Qualification –
- Minimum 5-7 years’ work experience within Employee Data Management operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
- Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
- Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
- Strong people management and team coaching skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and data processes (SAP SF expertise preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive efficiency and identify opportunities for automation
- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer experience
