About the Role
Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) is seeking a Course Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of professional development programmes offered by Ramaiah Global. The role involves coordinating with faculty and resource persons, managing programme logistics, supporting evaluation and certification processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of online, on-campus, hybrid, and asynchronous programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate programmes, sessions, and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with faculty, resource persons, and internal stakeholders to ensure programme readiness.
- Coordinate operational activities related to training programme delivery.
- Support evaluation processes, assessments, and certification issuance.
- Maintain communication with faculty and participants to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Track programme calendars, logistics, and operational requirements.
- Maintain programme records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely completion of programme-related activities.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in programme coordination, training operations, academic administration, or related functions.
Preferred Skills
- Programme scheduling and calendar management.
- Faculty and resource person coordination.
- Training operations and administrative support.
- Evaluation, certification, and record management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital coordination tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
