Job Title: Telecaller

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Explain Neera Farm products, benefits, and ongoing offers to customers.
* Follow up with existing and potential customers.
* Convert inquiries into sales orders.
* Maintain customer records and lead details accurately in Google Sheets.
* Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
* Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Any Graduate.
* Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
* Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
* Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
