₹6–12 LPA for engineering, pre-sales, and channel & partner (2–4+ years experience); ₹8–12 LPA for Legal Officer (15+ years); ₹6–10 LPA for Corporate Finance Manager (5+ years). We're not gatekeeping on degrees, we need a curious, innovative mind for the technical roles, a proven courtroom track record for Legal, a real track record of closing capital for Finance, and a real track record of hitting a channel number for Partnerships.
You'll be the person who turns our products into other people's revenue, not the person who signs a partnership MoU and waits for it to fund itself. Running the full channel and partner function end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, and enabling resellers, system integrators, and OEM partners for XgenPlus, ZenithAI, eFilix, TBMS, Sales CRM, and TeamPortal's payroll module across enterprise and government accounts. You'll build and manage the partner pipeline, carry a quarterly revenue-through-channel target, and turn signed partners into partners who actually sell, training them, arming them with the right collateral and deal-registration process, and staying close enough to the pipeline to know which deals are real. This isn't a relationship-management role where activity counts as success; the number does. We need someone who has actually carried and hit a channel or partner revenue target before, not just managed a partner list, with at least 4 years of hands-on channel, alliance, or partner-sales experience.
Most engineers spend their career shipping features for someone else's roadmap. Here, you'll work on systems with real operating history and real stakes: a mail platform securing 50M+ mailboxes at 99.9% uptime, an on-premises AI platform built for data sovereignty, government infrastructure that can't fail quietly. You'll be led by a founder who personally architected the core protocol stack (IMAP, SMTP, POP, anti-spam) this company still runs on, and who chairs the global body writing the standards for a multilingual internet. If you want your name on production systems that matter, not another CRUD app for another client, this is where that happens.
