German Language Trainer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver German language training to students from A1 to B2 levels in accordance with TELC standards and examination requirements.
- Plan, manage, and update the complete German language curriculum, ensuring timely completion of the syllabus.
- Resolve students' academic queries and language-related doubts during classroom sessions to ensure effective learning.
- Prepare students thoroughly for A1 to B2 TELC examinations through regular practice sessions, mock tests, and exam-oriented guidance.
- Design and implement structured lesson plans and curriculum strategies to maximize students' examination performance and language proficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress, maintain performance records, and provide regular feedback to both students and the Centre Head.
- Support the Admissions Counsellor by conducting professional demo classes and academic counselling sessions to help convert prospective students into admissions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, interactive, and engaging learning environment.
- Prepare teaching materials, assignments, worksheets, and assessment tests to support effective learning.
- Conduct periodic assessments and submit student progress reports to management.
- Encourage students to improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through practical classroom activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development initiatives as required by the organization.
- Ensure high academic standards and maintain the quality of German language training provided by the institute.
- Perform any additional academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Centre Head or Management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
