The Skin Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality skin treatments, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and supporting the clinical team in maintaining FILLR’s premium standards. This role combines technical expertise, hygiene discipline, and client handling finesse.
Key Responsibilities
1. Treatment Delivery
- Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and skin treatments as per clinic protocols
- Assist doctors in procedures such as:

- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
- Injectable procedures (Botox & Fillers support)
- Operate aesthetic devices (if applicable):

- Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)
- Skin rejuvenation machines
- Ensure treatment protocols are followed precisely
2. Patient Experience & Handling
- Prepare treatment rooms prior to each session
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Maintain a calm, premium, and discreet interaction style
- Educate patients on:

- Pre-care and post-care instructions
- Basic skincare routines (aligned with doctor recommendations)
3. Hygiene & Clinical Protocols
- Maintain strict sterilization and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure all consumables and equipment are properly sanitized
- Follow biomedical waste disposal norms
- Assist in maintaining treatment records and documentation
4. Clinic Operations Support
- Coordinate with CRM/Sales team for patient readiness
- Ensure all consent forms are signed before treatments
- Maintain inventory of consumables and alert for restocking
- Support in smooth daily clinic flow and scheduling adherence
5. Upselling & Treatment Conversion Support
- Identify opportunities to recommend complementary treatments
- Reinforce doctor-prescribed treatment plans
- Support conversion by building trust and comfort with patients
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 1–5 years in aesthetic clinics / dermatology clinics / luxury salons
- Experience in medifacials, peels, and skin treatments is mandatory
- Exposure to LHR / PRP assistance / clinical environment preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of skin types and treatments
- Excellent client handling and communication skills
- High level of personal grooming and hygiene discipline
- Ability to work in a structured, protocol-driven environment
- Calm, composed personality aligned with premium service delivery
Preferred Background
- Certification in Cosmetology / Aesthetic Therapy / Nursing / Skin Care
- Candidates from premium clinics or luxury skincare brands preferred
