Position: Quality Analyst (Spanish)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit PPC sales calls
- Identify process gaps, agent miss-outs, and compliance errors
- Share feedback and conduct process improvement sessions
- Train agents on quality and process adherence
- Maintain audit accuracy and quality standards
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Good analytical and feedback skills
Experience required:
Fresher to 6 months experience working in both Spanish & English language(s)
