Overview
Dentistry Automation helps US dental practices automate insurance verification, claims, payment posting, and patient recall. We're growing our RCM client base and need someone to own client onboarding end to end — getting new clients fully live, fast — reporting directly to our Head of RCM.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and set up payer portal access for each new client; complete payer/clearinghouse enrollment (EDI, ERA, EFT) where required
- Install and configure our software and connect it to the client's practice management system (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, Curve, MacPractice, SoftDent, Cloud 9, and others)
- Configure each client's RCM workflow — eligibility verification, claims, payment posting, recall — to our standard process
- Run onboarding calls with client front-office staff to gather information, walk through setup, and resolve issues
- Keep onboarding status current and flag delays immediately
- Confirm a client is fully live — claims flowing, payments posting — before handoff to ongoing RCM operations
Must have
- 1-2+ years of experience in dental billing, RCM, and insurance verification, candidates without dental experience will not be considered for the role
- Comfortable making outbound calls to US dental offices and insurance payers
- Working knowledge of payer portals, claims, and EOBs
- Clear spoken English and a professional phone manner
- Highly organized — able to run several client onboardings in parallel without dropping anything
Nice to have
- Dental-specific RCM experience
- Experience with EDI or clearinghouse enrollment
- Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Denticon
- AAPC/CPC or similar billing certification
Time Zone
This role works in US business hours overlap, with shift coverage through 2:00 PM US Central Time, to be reachable for client and payer calls during the US workday.
Pay: ₹14,046.93 - ₹31,468.67 per month
