Job Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Career Advisors (Senior / Junior) to guide prospective students and support admissions through effective counselling and sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and opportunities
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and enquiries effectively
- Convert enquiries into admissions through counselling and follow-ups
- Perform outbound calls and manage lead databases
- Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions
Required Skill Sets:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and marketing aptitude
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any degree
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Experience in counselling, sales, or marketing is an added advantage
