About the Role
JV Financial and Investment Consultant Private Limited is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to support its growing PR Services, Business Directory Listing, Corporate Branding, and Business Development operations.
The Tele caller Senior Excutive will be responsible for generating business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, explaining company services, scheduling appointments for the sales team, Selling on calls and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
(Salary will be finalized based on performance in the Work Capacity Test and interview.)
Performance incentives will be paid as per company policy.

30 Working Days Work Capacity Test
Final appointment will be based on practical performance ( At least achieve 80% of giving task on Daily base) during the Work Capacity Test.
Nature of Work
The Tele caller Senior Excutive will work from the Varanasi Head Office and will be responsible for:
Outbound calling to prospective business clients
Explaining JV Financial's PR Services
Promoting Business Directory Listing Services
Introducing Corporate Branding Solutions
Lead Generation
Sales on call
Appointment Scheduling
Customer Follow-up
Updating CRM records
Daily Reporting
Coordination with Sales Executives
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to potential business clients.
Introduce company services professionally.
Generate qualified business leads.
Close the sales
Schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
Prepare Daily Call Reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets.
Build positive customer relationships.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Educational Qualification -
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
MBA/PGDM candidates will be given preference.
Experience -
Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Support. If other business then 2 years of experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Daily Responsibilities
Make 130–190 outbound calls per day.
Generate qualified business leads & Convert in to sales
Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Submit Daily Call Reports before office closing.
Update customer information in CRM.
Follow up on previous enquiries.
