1. Customer Handling & Telecalling
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads received from digital campaigns, portals, references, and walk-ins.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain proper telecalling records and customer follow-up data.
- Ensure timely follow-up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
2. Sample House / Site Visit Management
- Coordinate and assist customers during sample flat/house visits.
- Explain project specifications, layouts, amenities, and location advantages.
- Ensure sample house cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for visitors.
- Maintain visitor entry records and customer feedback reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and site staff for proper upkeep of sample units.
3. Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team in documentation and customer coordination.
- Prepare customer inquiry sheets, visit reports, and booking-related documents.
- Coordinate with CRM/accounts/legal departments for customer requirements.
- Maintain daily MIS reports for inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
4. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems regularly.
- Handle front desk coordination for walk-in customers.
- Maintain inventory records of brochures, forms, and marketing materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and internal communication.
- Support office administration and documentation activities related to sales operations.
Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹32,905.33 per month
