Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, sell products or services, and gather information. You will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service and maintain a positive company image during all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to potential customers using a provided list.
- Product/Service Promotion: Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company’s products or services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities by understanding customer needs and interests.
- Customer Interaction: Answer any questions or concerns customers may have regarding products or services.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, sales leads, and outcomes of calls in excel sheets
- Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls with interested prospects or transfer leads to the sales team for further engagement.
