We are looking for a highly proactive and target-driven person with strong expertise in outreach and direct client acquisition for web development services.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and bidding platforms like Upwork, with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales and client acquisition for web development and digital services
- Execute LinkedIn outreach strategy (connection, nurturing, conversion)
- Run cold email campaigns and follow-ups to generate qualified leads
- Actively bid and generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. (Upwork experience is a strong advantage)
- Identify and approach startups, SMEs, and agencies for IT service offerings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and negotiations
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and daily outreach activity tracking
- Consistently work toward monthly sales targets and closures
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in IT/Web Development sales or business development
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold emailing
- Upwork or similar bidding platforms (preferred)
- Good understanding of:
- Websites, web applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)
