Position Title: Restaurant Steward / Waiter
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Captain / Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Steward is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance.

Experience:
- Fresher or 6 Months–5 years of experience in restaurant service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
