Job Title: Material Engineer (HVAC)

Experience Required: 2+ years in HVAC or related field
Languages: English & Tamil (Fluent)
Job Purpose:
To manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of HVAC-related materials (such as AC units, ducting, copper pipes, insulation, refrigerants, etc.) ensuring smooth material flow to meet project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate stock records of HVAC materials using ERP/software or manual logs.
- Perform regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Material Procurement Support:
- Coordinate with procurement team for timely availability of materials based on site requirements.
- Provide material consumption reports and forecast needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Material Receiving & Issuance:
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming HVAC materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Ensure safe and efficient storage of materials as per type (e.g., refrigerants, electricals, ducting components).
- Issue materials to site teams as per material request forms and record issuance.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with project engineers and site supervisors to understand material needs.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery of materials to various project sites.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure proper handling and storage of HVAC-specific materials, especially chemicals and gases.
- Follow company policies related to material safety, handling, and documentation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
