- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed financial proposals, reports, and forecasts to clients and senior management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
