We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP & System Functional Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful ERP deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to understand business processes and identify functional requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose best-fit ERP solutions.
- Document business processes, workflows, and user requirements.
- Assist in implementation and configuration of ERP modules such as Finance, SCM, CRM, HR, or others (as applicable to your organization).
- Customize modules based on client requirements within functional limits.
- Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and testing.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development, integrations, and enhancements.
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
- Prepare test cases and conduct functional, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Support go-live activities and ensure smooth deployment.
- Provide hypercare support post-implementation.
- Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or others (customize as required).
- Ability to map business requirements to ERP solutions.
- Good skills in documentation, presentation, and client communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in at least one ERP product.
- Experience in full-cycle implementation is an added advantage.
- Certification in any ERP platform is a plus.
