Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise MIVA aluminium formwork activities at the construction site.
- Prepare and review MIVA shuttering and cycle planning.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, and quality of MIVA formwork before and after concreting.
- Monitor daily site progress and achieve planned construction targets.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Planning teams to resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and update project documentation.
- Ensure timely material planning and availability for uninterrupted site execution.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain housekeeping at the work site.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in MIVA/Aluminium Formwork construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC, formwork systems, and high-rise residential projects.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
