Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable software solutions while working across the entire technology stack. You should be comfortable building products from scratch, solving complex technical problems, and delivering production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain websites, web applications, mobile applications, custom software, and enterprise solutions.
- Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, authentication systems, and business logic.
- Design, optimize, and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and external platforms.
- Convert Figma or UI/UX designs into production-ready applications.
- Develop reusable, secure, scalable, and maintainable software components.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the software lifecycle.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications across cloud and hosting platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, QA engineers, and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
- Write clean, well-structured, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
- Research and adopt modern technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
Required Skills
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- React.js and/or Next.js
- Node.js with Express.js or NestJS
- REST API development and integration
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and deployment

- GraphQL
- Microservices architecture
- Linux and basic server administration
- Web application security (OWASP, XSS, CSRF, CORS)
- Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
- Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience building CRM, ERP, HRMS, Inventory Management Systems, Booking Platforms, Customer Portals, Admin Dashboards, Business Automation Tools, Enterprise Applications, and Custom Software
Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience or an equivalent portfolio of real-world projects.
- Experience building and deploying production-ready applications.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.

Revenue Share (Project-Based)
- No fixed monthly salary
- Payments are released according to the project's payment milestones or after client payment, as agreed.
- General Tier (30%): Starting revenue share for initial projects.
- Senior Tier (38%): Eligible for promotion after successfully completing 5+ projects, subject to performance review.
