Job Summary
Houselink360 is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team management, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, supporting client negotiations, and ensuring the achievement of monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Assign projects and leads to sales executives.
* Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, follow-ups, and bookings.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
* Track lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on all prospects.
* Support the team in customer negotiations and objection handling.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
* Coordinate with Tele-Sales, Marketing, HR, and Management teams.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Forecast sales performance and identify business growth opportunities.
