Contact: 7397725556 / talentaquisition@sbshr.com Job Title: Compliance Executive Location: Maharashtra Experience: Minimum 3 YearsNote: Candidates with factory compliance experience are mandatory for this role.Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in statutory and factory compliance</li><li>Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, labor laws, and statutory regulations</li><li>Experience in handling multi-state compliance requirements</li><li>Familiarity with government portals for statutory filings and compliance submissions</li><li>Strong documentation, record-keeping, and audit management skills</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage PF and ESI calculations, challan generation, and return filings</li><li>Process Professional Tax (PT) payments and file returns as per state requirements</li><li>Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) payments and return filings for applicable states</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and records as required under labor laws and factory regulations</li><li>File annual and periodic statutory returns across multiple states</li><li>Manage POSH annual return filings and SHE Box compliance</li><li>File ERI (Electronic Return of Employment) quarterly returns</li><li>Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to collect and validate compliance-related data</li><li>Ensure adherence to statutory deadlines and maintain the compliance calendar</li><li>Handle compliance aspects related to employee onboarding, exits, and statutory documentation</li><li>Manage factory compliance activities, including licenses, renewals, inspections, statutory registers, and liaison with government authorities</li><li>Support internal and external compliance audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Hands-on experience in factory compliance within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments</li><li>Exposure to handling labor department inspections and statutory audits</li><li>Experience managing compliance requirements across multiple states</li></ul>Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
