Security Personnel – Day Shift
We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Personnel to join our modern polyclinic in Kuravilangadu, Kottayam. Our facility provides Outpatient (OPD) services and Urgent Care, supported by Digital Laboratory, X-ray, and Pharmacy services. This position offers a comfortable day-shift schedule with no night duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure clinic premises to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff
- Control entry and exit of visitors, vendors, and service personnel
- Maintain visitor logs and assist with reception-related security procedures
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly to security concerns, emergencies, or incidents
- Assist in managing patient and visitor flow during busy hours
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities
- Ensure clinic rules and safety regulations are followed
- Coordinate with management during emergencies and evacuations
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with patients and visitors
- Assist patients, including elderly and differently-abled individuals, with wheelchair movement and safe navigation within the clinic premises.
- Guide patients, visitors, and staff in parking their vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring orderly movement and optimal use of parking facilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSLC/Plus Two qualification preferred
- Previous experience in security services preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and capable of handling security responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and incident reporting is an advantage
- Immediate joining preferred
