Walvekar Construction is hiring a Junior Civil Site Engineer for an ongoing industrial project in Talegaon. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with limited experience who want hands-on exposure to industrial construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site execution and supervision of industrial civil works
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work on-site
- Support in measurement, billing quantities, and BOQ tracking
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Ensure proper use of materials and workforce
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of industrial construction practices
- Familiarity with drawings and site execution processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work full-time on-site
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
- Candidate based in Pune / willing to relocate to Talegaon
- Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn on-site execution
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
