Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, agile, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to own our short-form video production. In this role, you will handle everything from on-camera or behind-the-lens mobile shooting to post-production and influencer collaboration. You know what makes people stop scrolling, how to edit for high retention, and how to seamlessly integrate influencer promotions into our brand aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mobile Video Production (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
End-to-End Shooting: Concept, frame, and shoot high-quality, engaging vertical video content (9:16) using mobile devices (iPhone/Android).
Format Expertise: Optimize filming styles specifically tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and daily engaging Stories.
On-Trend Execution: Keep a pulse on trending audio, transitions, and internet culture to recreate relevant trends quickly. Equipment Management: Utilize lapel mics, natural lighting to ensure crisp audio and visual quality on the go.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
Mobile & Quick-Turn Editing (CapCut): Master fast-paced editing for viral formats, utilizing dynamic cuts, auto-captions, trending effects, and stickers.
Graphic Design & Layouts (Canva): Design eye-catching video thumbnails, Story templates, lower-thirds, and carousel graphics that align with brand guidelines.
Pacing & Retention: Edit with a high hook-rate in the first 3 seconds and maintain viewer engagement through strategic pacing and sound design.
3. Influencer Promotions & Campaign Integration
Brief Creation: Help develop clear, creative visual briefs for to ensure brand quality standards.
Content Remixing: Take raw footage and re-edit/re-purpose it into high-performing organic posts and paid ad variations.
Co-Creation: Collaborate directly with creators to ensure seamless product placement and authentic brand messaging.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
