Sales Executive Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineer, Graduate in any discipline, or MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Additional certifications are not mandatory.
Experience
- 0–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage and develop relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Identify and onboard new customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Generate orders, follow up on dispatches, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.

- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
- Good customer relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools is an advantage.
